Revanth Reddy and Harish Rao Respond to Kumbh Mela Stampede Incident

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and former minister Harish Rao have expressed their condolences over the tragic stampede at the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj. The incident reportedly claimed the lives of 15 people and left several others injured.

Revanth Reddy described the incident as deeply distressing and extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased. “I pray for the souls of those who lost their lives. My deepest sympathies go out to their families,” he stated. He also assured that the Telangana government would provide necessary assistance to the affected families.

Former minister Harish Rao also expressed his sorrow over the tragedy, stating that the loss of several devotees in the stampede was heartbreaking. He extended his condolences to the bereaved families and urged the central and Uttar Pradesh governments to support those who lost their loved ones. Additionally, he called for proper medical treatment for the injured.
