Harish Rao Alleges KTR is Being Framed with False Cases

BRS senior MLA Harish Rao has alleged that false cases are being filed against BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) as part of a deliberate effort to target him unfairly. Speaking at the unveiling of the BRS diary at Telangana Bhavan, Harish Rao criticized CM Revanth Reddy’s governance, claiming that it had been marked by "cuts, mismanagement, and cases."

Harish Rao accused Revanth Reddy of attempting to divert public attention from pressing issues by filing illegal cases against KTR. He further claimed, "In the past year, the Revanth Reddy-led government has done nothing for the people except focus on distractions."

The BRS leader criticized the Congress government for failing to deliver on its promises, particularly in agricultural support schemes. "They offered ‘Rythu Bharosa’ once for the sake of elections, but have since failed to follow through," Harish Rao alleged. He questioned the government’s priorities, saying, "There seems to be money for commissions sent to Delhi, but not for public welfare schemes."

Harish Rao also accused Revanth Reddy of fostering corruption and filing cases against those who dare to question the administration. He remarked, "KCR’s government introduced numerous welfare schemes, but Revanth Reddy’s government only slashed them." Harish Rao claimed that even the Congress manifesto’s promises had been ignored. He expressed anger over cases being filed against anyone who criticizes the Congress government, stating, "Beyond filing cases, Revanth Reddy’s government has achieved nothing."

Harish Rao also revealed that he was targeted personally, with a case filed against him in Manakondur after he referred to the Chief Minister as ‘Cut Commission Revanth Reddy’ instead of ‘Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.’ "I am being bombarded with notices to appear at the police station," he said, accusing the Congress government of trying to silence dissent.
