Kuppam to Become a Model Constituency, Says CM Chandrababu

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu continued his visit to his home constituency, Kuppam, for the second consecutive day. He addressed the ‘Swarn Kuppam’ program and inaugurated several development projects in the region. The CM laid the foundation stone for the construction of a Mother Dairy and a sports complex. He also participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Kuppam Integrated Command and Control Center. Additionally, he held discussions with representatives from various companies regarding investment opportunities.

While speaking at the ‘Swarn Kuppam’ event, Chandrababu Naidu expressed his vision for Kuppam, stating that the constituency should be transformed into a model region in India within the next 23 years. “In the future, if anyone wants to pursue quality education, they should not need to go to Bengaluru; instead, they should come to Kuppam,” he said, promising to bring top-tier educational institutions to the area.

Highlighting the importance of making Kuppam a highly livable place, the CM said, “We aim to develop Kuppam into such a clean and healthy environment that those who visit here will enjoy a life expectancy of 20-30 years longer than in Bengaluru. At that point, everyone will come searching for Kuppam.” He stressed the need for public cooperation to achieve this goal. Chandrababu Naidu also added that Kuppam would be developed as a tourist hub, attracting weekend visitors from Bengaluru.

The CM also announced the launch of solar power generation on rooftops in Nidamuru village and outlined a broader plan to install solar panels on 2 million houses across the state. He emphasized the need to expand natural farming, highlighting that agricultural produce grown using these methods would fetch higher prices in the market.

Regarding small-scale businesses, Chandrababu Naidu expressed his hope that micro grocery store owners would gain better profits. He also mentioned that the state government, in collaboration with Tata Group, is working towards providing advanced healthcare services for all.
