TPCC Condemns Youth Congress Attack on BJP Office, Calls for Peace
The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) expressed its disapproval over the Youth Congress attack on the BJP office in Hyderabad. TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud condemned the incident, stating that protests should be conducted in a democratic manner. He emphasized that while the Delhi BJP leader’s inappropriate remarks against Priyanka Gandhi must be condemned, retaliatory attacks on another party’s office by Youth Congress members are unacceptable. He further warned the Youth Congress to avoid such actions in the future.
Mahesh Kumar Goud also commented that both the Youth Congress’s attack on the BJP office and the BJP leaders' attack on Gandhi Bhavan are wrong. He asserted that resorting to violence is not a proper practice in a democracy and appealed to the BJP to cooperate in maintaining peace and security in the city.
