Keerthi Suresh Opens Up About Her Love Story and Marriage

Renowned actress Keerthi Suresh recently entered marital bliss, a fact that has garnered significant attention. During recent promotions for her film, Keerthi was seen wearing a traditional pasuputhadu (yellow thread symbolizing marriage). The actress described it as a sacred symbol, explaining her decision to attend promotions adorned with it. She further revealed plans to replace the pasuputhadu with a gold chain at an auspicious time.

In an interview, Keerthi shared fascinating details about her love story and marriage to Antony Thattill. She revealed that their relationship began when she was in the 12th grade and that Antony proposed to her in 2010, spurred by a challenge she gave him. “We have been in love for 15 years,” Keerthi said, adding that Antony gave her a promise ring in 2016, which strengthened their bond further. She wore the ring until her marriage, and it was even visible in several of her films.

Keerthi expressed that their marriage was a dream come true, a moment they had envisioned for a long time. She disclosed that Antony is seven years older than her and has been working in Qatar for the past six years. Describing him as a constant pillar of support, Keerthi stated, “Having Antony as my life partner is my good fortune.”

The actress mentioned that only a few people in the industry, including Samantha, Vijay, Atlee, Priya, Priyadarshan, and Aishwarya Lakshmi, were aware of their relationship. The couple decided to keep their love story private until their marriage was finalized. Keerthi also explained that Antony’s introverted nature kept them from making public appearances together.

Despite their long relationship, the couple made their first trip abroad only in 2017. Keerthi also noted that she went on a solo trip two years ago, an experience she cherished.
