Case Filed Against Former Minister Perni Nani
A case has been registered against YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and former minister Perni Nani in connection with the disappearance of ration rice from a warehouse. The case was filed by the Machilipatnam Taluka Police Station, where he has been listed as Accused Number 6 (A6).
In this case, Perni Nani’s wife, Jayasudha, has been named as Accused Number 1 (A1). The Krishna District Court has granted her bail. Other accused individuals, identified as A2, A3, A4, and A5, have been arrested by the police. They were presented before the Special Mobile Magistrate in Machilipatnam and remanded to judicial custody. Currently, all the arrested individuals are lodged in the Machilipatnam Sub-Jail.
With the registration of this case, police are now likely to proceed with the arrest of Perni Nani.
