TDP Membership Registrations Extended Until Sankranti

The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has witnessed an unprecedented surge in memberships, surpassing 9 million since the registration drive began on October 26. Party leaders have expressed confidence that this number will soon reach 10 million. The membership initiative has seen participation from across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and even Andaman and Nicobar Islands, including a significant influx of new members.

Originally, the membership registration process was set to conclude by the end of this month. However, based on feedback from party workers, it is likely to be extended until Sankranti.

In terms of assembly constituencies, Nellore has emerged as the top contributor with 144,699 memberships. It is followed closely by Palakollu (142,482), Atmakur (132,610), Rajampet (129,467), Kuppam (125,255), Undi (113,247), Gurajala (108,077), Vinukonda (104,141), Mangalagiri (102,771), and Kalyandurg (98,899), rounding out the top 10.
