Bandi Sanjay's Sharp Comments on Pawan Kalyan's Praise of Revanth Reddy
Union Minister Bandi Sanjay strongly criticized Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan for praising Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in the context of the recent arrest of actor Allu Arjun. Sanjay questioned what qualities Pawan Kalyan found admirable in Revanth Reddy and suggested that his praise was misplaced.
Speaking to the media, Bandi Sanjay remarked, “I don’t understand what makes Revanth Reddy appear as a great leader to Pawan Kalyan. What aspect of his leadership seems remarkable to him?” He implied that the praise might stem from Revanth Reddy's promises in Telangana, such as the six guarantees which include schemes like Rythu Bharosa, a gold coin program, the promise of two lakh jobs, unemployment benefits of ₹4,000, and an increase in Aasara pensions to ₹4,000.
When a journalist sought Bandi Sanjay’s reaction to Pawan Kalyan’s statement that Revanth Reddy is a great leader, Sanjay responded with sarcasm, questioning the sincerity and depth of such claims.
Bandi Sanjay accused Revanth Reddy of failing to deliver on these promises and suggested that such unfulfilled assurances might be the reason for Pawan Kalyan's favorable remarks.
