Jagan Promises Better Days, Criticizes TDP's Influence on Corporators

YSRCP chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy held a special meeting with municipal corporators from Kadapa district today at Idupulapaya. Addressing the gathering, Jagan questioned why corporators were joining the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), asking what the alliance government had achieved to warrant such defections.

Jagan urged party members to leave decisions regarding those who switch parties to their discretion. He assured the attendees of his unwavering support and advised them to bring any issues to the attention of Kadapa MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy.

Reflecting on his past struggles, Jagan stated, “I was imprisoned for 16 months, and my wife endured significant hardships to secure my bail. The pain I endured is unmatched in this world.” He reassured the corporators that no one needs to leave the party and added, “If I become Chief Minister again, it will be as if a family member from your own household is the Chief Minister.”

Expressing optimism, Jagan told the corporators that better days lie ahead for everyone. He later held one-on-one discussions with the attendees to address their individual concerns.
