We Will Not Join Any Alliance: Vijayasai Reddy

YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) Member of Parliament Vijayasai Reddy stated that the party will not join any political alliance, emphasizing its neutral stance. He asserted that YSRCP would maintain equidistance from both the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA). "We have no intention of joining any coalition," Vijayasai Reddy remarked, adding that as a regional party, the primary focus of YSRCP is safeguarding the interests of the state.

Addressing the topic of simultaneous elections, he mentioned that the party would express its views before the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) in alignment with the thoughts of party leader and the former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. He further stressed that the party would continue its fight to reduce the burden of electricity costs on the people.

Former minister Gudivada Amarnath also criticized Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief and the Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, claiming that in his 40 years of political life, Chandrababu Naidu has never fulfilled his promises. "The people have been deceived by Chandrababu for the fourth time," Amarnath alleged.
