High Court Dismisses Mohan Babu’s Bail Plea in Journalist Assault Case

In a setback for veteran actor Mohan Babu, the Telangana High Court has dismissed his anticipatory bail petition. The actor is implicated in a case related to an alleged assault on journalists at his residence in Jalpally. Speculation had been rife that Mohan Babu could face arrest at any moment in connection with the case.

In his petition, Mohan Babu cited health issues as the basis for his request for bail. However, after deliberation, the High Court decided to reject the plea. Representing the actor, his lawyer informed the court that Mohan Babu is currently in Tirupati.
