A thief brazenly entered an apartment, rang the doorbell, and executed a chain-snatching theft. This surprising incident occurred in Hyderabad's Hydershakote Sun City area, falling under the jurisdiction of the Narsingi Police Station.

Disguised with a face mask, the thief walked confidently to the first floor of an apartment building in broad daylight. He stood in front of a door, rang the doorbell, and engaged the woman who opened it in conversation. Within moments, he grabbed a four-tola gold chain from her neck and fled the scene.

The startled woman immediately raised an alarm and chased the thief while alerting neighbors, but her efforts were in vain.

The entire act was captured on CCTV, providing crucial evidence for the police, who have registered a case and are actively investigating. The incident has sparked concern among residents, with many questioning their safety as thieves resort to such bold tactics even in broad daylight.
