Conduct Drunk and Drive Tests Outside the Assembly: Harish Rao’s Sensational Remarks

Former minister and BRS MLA Harish Rao made sharp comments targeting Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy following his severe allegations against the previous BRS government. Speaking in the Assembly, Harish Rao suggested conducting drunk and drive tests for members entering the Assembly premises.

He alleged that some members attend sessions after consuming alcohol early in the morning, making them unaware of what they speak during the proceedings. Harish Rao urged the Speaker to implement such tests outside the Assembly to ensure decorum and responsible participation in legislative activities.
