Mohan Babu Faces Arrest if Notices Ignored: Police Commissioner

Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu stated that legal procedures are being followed in the case involving actor Mohan Babu, asserting that there is no delay in his potential arrest. He confirmed that the investigation is currently underway and emphasized the need for a medical certificate before proceeding with Mohan Babu's questioning.

The Commissioner revealed that notices had already been issued to Mohan Babu, but the actor requested time until December 24 to respond. He added that the court also granted Mohan Babu time until the specified date. Sudheer Babu warned that failure to respond to the notices after December 24 would result in Mohan Babu’s arrest.

The Commissioner clarified that firearms registered in Mohan Babu's name are not within the Rachakonda Commissionerate’s jurisdiction but were deposited in Chittoor district’s Chandragiri area. He further stated that Mohan Babu might have visited the location to address concerns related to a journalist reportedly injured during a confrontation involving the actor.
