Stage Collapses in Kakinada; Yanamala and Others Fall Down

A mishap occurred during the swearing-in ceremony of the Kakinada Urban Development Authority (KUDA) Chairman in Kakinada. The event, organized for Tummala Babu's oath-taking as KUDA Chairman, faced disruption when the stage unexpectedly collapsed. Fortunately, since the platform was not very high, a major accident was averted.

Senior Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Nimmakayala Chinarajappa, and Jana Sena leaders Pantham Nanaji and Hariprasad were present on the stage at the time of the incident.

The stage collapsed due to overcrowding, causing several leaders, including Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, to fall to the ground. The sudden collapse triggered panic among attendees. However, relief followed as no one sustained injuries. Party workers quickly helped the fallen leaders back to their feet.

Despite the disruption, the swearing-in ceremony proceeded as planned after the situation was brought under control.
