Actress Jetwani Case: Bail Granted to Kukkala Vidhyasagar

The Andhra Pradesh High Court granted conditional bail to Kukkal Vidhyasagar, the accused in actress Jetwani's case. Lawyers Narra Srinivas and Niranjan Reddy represented the prosecution and defense respectively during the hearing. The court made this decision after hearing detailed arguments from both sides.

During the proceedings, Narra Srinivas, representing the prosecution, argued that granting bail to Vidhyasagar could influence the ongoing investigation. However, the court considered all submissions before announcing its decision.

Apart from Vidhyasagar, several IPS officers, including PSR Anjaneyulu, Kanthi Rana Tata, Vishal Gunni, Ibrahimpatnam CI Satyanarayana, and ACP Hanumantharao, are also facing allegations linked to the case. These officers have been suspended pending further investigation.
