Swedish NRI Spends a Day with Andhra Pradesh CM

Amaravati: As part of the 'Day with CBN' initiative, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu hosted NRI Navin Kumar, who made significant contributions to the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) during the general elections. Navin, who came from Sweden and worked for five months to support the party, was invited to spend an entire day with the Chief Minister at his residence.

The 'Day with CBN' program was conceptualized to honor individuals who displayed exceptional dedication to the party during the elections. Navin, one of the top contributors, was recognized for his efforts in mobilizing support for TDP candidates in constituencies such as Kuppam, Srikalahasti, Sullurpet, and Chandragiri. Responding to Chandrababu Naidu’s call, hundreds of NRIs had returned to their home state during the elections to campaign for the party. Navin played a key role in raising awareness among the public about the benefits of TDP’s leadership.

During his visit, Navin spent the day observing the Chief Minister’s daily routines, administrative reviews, and working style. The program highlighted the importance of NRIs who, without any personal motives, contributed selflessly for the betterment of their state. Chandrababu Naidu praised the NRIs for their inspiring commitment, calling their efforts a source of motivation for others.

Navin expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to spend a day with Chandrababu Naidu, calling it a moment of pride and inspiration. He remarked that the chance to closely observe a prominent leader like Chandrababu Naidu has further strengthened his enthusiasm to contribute to the state’s progress. Navin thanked the Chief Minister for the honor and the recognition of his efforts.

Dr. Ravi Vemuru, former president of NRT (Non-Resident Telugu) Affairs, also played a pivotal role in coordinating NRI efforts during the elections. Among the many NRIs who supported the TDP, Navin stood out for his dedication and hard work, earning him a spot in the 'Day with CBN' program.
