Ram Gopal Varma Granted Temporary Relief by AP High Court
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted minor relief to filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma in connection with cases accusing him of morphing photos of political leaders Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, and Nara Lokesh. The High Court, which heard Varma's petition to dismiss the cases filed against him, has postponed further proceedings to Monday, December 9.
During the hearing, the court directed the police to submit complete details of the cases and instructed them not to take any immediate action against Varma until the next hearing.
However, the police stated that Varma has not responded to the notices sent to him, nor has he appeared for questioning so far. While the police continue their search for him, Varma has reportedly been engaging with the media, giving interviews.
