Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy's PA Accused of Offensive Posts, Bail Plea Rejected

The Kadapa District Court has rejected the anticipatory bail petition filed by Raghava Reddy, the personal assistant to YSRCP leader and Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy. Police filed a case against Raghava Reddy based on a statement by YSRCP social media activist Varra Ravindra Reddy, who was arrested in connection with offensive posts. Raghava Reddy has been absconding for 16 days.

Fearing arrest, Raghava Reddy sought anticipatory bail, which the court dismissed. Allegations suggest that Raghava Reddy orchestrated offensive posts against AP Congress President Y.S. Sharmila, Sunitha, and Vijayamma with the help of Varra Ravindra Reddy.
