Posani Krishna Murali Bids Farewell to Politics Forever

After the election defeat, the YSRCP leaders and its supporters are facing numerous challenges, including legal cases. Among those dealing with such cases is actor Posani Krishna Murali.

During the tenure of the previous YSRCP government, Posani made sharp comments against leaders like Pawan Kalyan, Chandrababu Naidu, and Lokesh. Now, with the coalition government in power, multiple cases have been filed against him across the state, including one by the CID.

In this context, Posani Krishna Murali has announced a sensational decision. He declared that he would no longer speak about politics in his life. Posani Krishna Murali, who had been hosting a political TV show titled Ding Dong, vowed not to participate in the program anymore. He clarified that he would neither praise nor support any political party.

However, Posani Krishna Murali asserted that this decision was not influenced by the cases filed against him. He lamented the abusive language used against him, irrespective of age or decency. Posani revealed that he had praised Chandrababu Naidu more than anyone else and that Chandrababu Naidu himself would vouch for it.

He recalled the time during the movie Shravanamasam, when he erected a 100-foot cutout of Chandrababu and invited him to inaugurate the event despite Chandrababu Naidu not being in power then. He also mentioned that Chandrababu Naidu had blessed him and his children. However, Posani Krishna Murali said problems began when he criticized Chandrababu Naidu's mistakes.

Posani Krishna Murali stated that he had been speaking about politics since 1983 but had no habit of supporting one party while insulting another. He clarified that he praised leaders like Chandrababu, Jagan, YSR, and NTR when they did good but criticized them when they erred.

He emphasized that his statements were always based on the actions of leaders and that he had never criticized genuinely good politicians. Finally, Posani Krishna Murali publicly announced through the media that he was bidding a permanent farewell to politics.
