There’s no need to elaborate on the phenomenal success Pushpa: The Rise, starring Allu Arjun and directed by Sukumar, achieved across India, beyond just the Telugu market. Audiences were mesmerized by Allu Arjun’s portrayal of Pushparaj, and his iconic "Taggede Le" dialogue became a cultural phenomenon. Allu Arjun also received the prestigious National Award for Best Actor for his role in this film. 

Now, the sequel, Pushpa-2: The Rule, is being made with the same exciting combination, but on an even larger scale with a huge budget. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings, the movie is scheduled for a global release on December 6. Currently, the team is working on both filming and post-production tasks.
Meanwhile, the pre-release business of Pushpa-2 has become a major talking point in the film industry. 

Even while still under production, the film’s theatrical rights for all languages, as well as its overseas, digital, satellite, and music rights, have been sold for exorbitant, highly competitive amounts. The film is being discussed as one of the most sought-after projects in the market, with Pushpa-2 creating immense buzz globally. 

According to reports, the pre-release business for Pushpa-2: The Rule has reached an astounding ₹1000 crores.Specific deals include OTT rights sold for ₹280 crores, Hindi theatrical rights for ₹200 crores (advance), music rights for ₹65 crores, overseas rights for ₹100 crores, and satellite rights for ₹75 crores. Theatrical rights for the Telugu states and other languages have also contributed to the total business reaching nearly ₹1000 crores. 

Furthermore, projections indicate that the film could gross over ₹400 crores in the Hindi market alone. Trade experts are stating that this level of pre-release business for a Telugu film is a record-breaking achievement.
