YSRCP Rajya Sabha member Vijayasai Reddy is facing widespread criticism for the language he used towards media representatives during a press meet yesterday. The press meet was held in the context of ongoing rumors about his alleged illicit relationship with a female officer. During the meeting, Vijayasai Reddy addressed the media in a derogatory manner, using terms like "Arey" and "Orey."

AP Minister Nara Lokesh sharply criticized Vijayasai Reddy's choice of words on social media. Lokesh stated that the language used by Vijayasai Reddy to address the allegations against him was highly objectionable. He condemned Vijayasai Reddy for using offensive language towards media representatives, emphasizing that it was unacceptable. Lokesh remarked that as a representative in the upper house, Vijayasai Reddy should not need a lesson in decorum. He also accused Reddy of retaining his arrogance despite losing power. Lokesh further commented that despite the public's disapproval of YCP's governance over the past five years, characterized by inappropriate language, behavior, corruption, and chaos, Vijayasai Reddy had not yet learned his lesson.
