Non-Bailable Warrant Issued Against Actor Prithviraj

Actor Prithviraj, well-known for his role as ‘30 Years Industry’, received an unexpected shock. A local family court in Vijayawada issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against him on Wednesday. This development occurred in a case filed by his wife, Balireddy Srilakshmi, demanding alimony.
Previously, the family court had ordered Prithviraj to pay his wife Balireddy Srilakshmi Rs. 8 lakh per month. However, Prithviraj challenged this order in the High Court. Upon reviewing the case, the High Court granted temporary relief, ordering Prithviraj to pay Rs. 22,000 per month and clear all outstanding dues. Despite this, Prithviraj failed to comply with the High Court's orders as well. Consequently, his wife Srilakshmi, along with her lawyers Sunkara Rajendraprasad, Sappa Ramesh, and CH Vaddikasulu, filed a petition in the family court.
The petition stated that Prithviraj did not appear in court and only issued a public notice in a newspaper regarding the case details. The lawyers mentioned in the petition that he was not attending court. On Wednesday, the family court judge reviewed the petition and issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Prithviraj. This has landed Prithviraj in trouble.
