Chandrababu deceived people by laying stone to Ramayapatnam just before polls: Jagan
“We performed ground-breaking ceremony to Ramayapatnam after obtaining clearances from the Centre and government institutions,” he stated and said that economic activity will increase once the port becomes operational.
The CM thanked people of displaced villages and bankers for extending support in establishing port. He reiterated that 75% jobs will be given to locals. The port is expected to generate thousands of jobs directly and indirectly.
Jagan further said that foundation stone will be laid soon to another three ports at Machilipatnam, Bhavanapadu and Kakinada Gateway. “An additional 100 million tonne capacity cargo can be handled with new four ports,” he mentioned. Ministers and officials were present.
