RS 3 crore seized at tollgate

Visakhapatnam, May 17: Police have seized Rs 3 crore cash being shifted in a car at Kagitha tollplaza near Nakkapalli mandal on Monday evening.

Based on reliable information, police started checking at tollgate. They found out cash in three bags in a car. They took Bommakanti Srinivasa Rao, resident of Tanuku of West Godavari district into custody and seized cash and car. There are no valid documents regarding the cash.

CI Narayana Rao said that they seized cash and investigation is going on.
