AP reconstruction possible only when Chandrababu becomes CM: Somireddy

Nellore, May 7: Former minister and senior TDP leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy alleged on Saturday that Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is using the state for business. “TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu gave a call to reconstruct the state as the CM destroyed all institutions,” he stated.
 
Somireddy slammed the CM for putting the future of Andhra Pradesh in trouble by indiscriminate borrowing and heavy taxation. “Each person in the state has a debt burden of more than a lakh,” he said.
 
To a question, the TDP leader stated that reconstruction of AP is possible only when Chandrababu becomes CM. “TDP leaders are ready for sacrifices so that the TDP comes to power,” he added. When asked Somireddy about Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan aspiring for the CM post, he said it is not right time to talk about poll alliance and seat sharing and asked all political parties except YSRCP to join hands for safeguarding future of AP.
