Will ensure Chandrababu, Bonda Uma to appear before Mahila Commission: Vasireddy Padma

Amaravati, April 23: Andhra Pradesh Mahila Commission Chairperson Vasireddy Padma on Saturday said that summons were issued to TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu and former TDP MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao for creating ruckus inside the government hospital in Vijayawada while she was consoling gangr*pe victim. Speaking to the media, Padma stated that the TDP leaders and Bonda Uma have abused her in foul language in the presence of Chandrababu.
 
Responding to Bonda Uma’s statement whether the Mahila Commission is supreme, Padma said that the women commission is supreme for politicians like him. “Chandrababu don’t know how to console a victim,” she flayed. The Mahila Commission chief stated that both TDP leaders must appear before her for giving an explanation.
 
Padma further said that Chandrababu had never consoled a single rape victim in his political career. She assured kin of victim of arranging a meeting with Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
