MLA Pinnelli downplays dissidence in YSRCP after meeting CM Jagan

Talking to reporters after conclusion of meeting with Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Macherla YSRCP MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy on Tuesday said that he did not feel bad for not getting a berth in the Cabinet 2.0. “I am ready to take up any assignment given to me by the CM,” he stated.
 
Pinnelli criticised the TDP leaders for unleashing a false campaign of dissidence among ruling party MLAs for not getting a chance to become ministers. “The TDP functionaries are scared that backward and weaker sections would not support their party as 70 per cent Cabinet berths were allocated to BCs, SCs, STs and Minorities,” he mentioned. 
 
To a question, the MLA mentioned that he and the CM did not discuss about politics. He further mentioned that he and his supporters, and YSRCP cadre will work with a target of bringing the YSRCP to power in 2024 elections.
