On Chandrababu’s request, Kuppam made as revenue division: CM Jagan

While explaining the need for reorganisation of districts in the state, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday said that Kuppam in Chittoor district was made as a revenue division on the request of N Chandrababu Naidu, the Leader of the Opposition and TDP national president, and also taking aspirations of the local people into consideration.
 
The CM flayed Chandrababu for his inability to form Kuppam revenue division despite being CM of combined and truncated state of Andhra Pradesh for 14 years. In all, 21 new revenue divisions were formed, he mentioned. He further said that decentralisation of administration will benefit the people.
