SMFG Grihashakti expands footprint in Andhra Pradesh, opens branch in Eluru

27 September, 2023: SMFG Grihashakti, one of India’s fastest growing affordable housing finance companies, has increased its presence in Andhra Pradesh with its 1st branch in Eluru, making it the 9th branch in the state. This expansion across the state of Andhra Pradesh signifies the company’s steadfast focus to make affordable housing accessible to as many people as possible across the region.

It’s overall disbursements also grew by 137% at Rs 3,055 cr in FY23 vs Rs 1,287 cr in FY22.
