Through their employee wellness program – ANANDA, the company has been actively working to foster a happy, healthy, and positive culture of wellness for its people. Regular online yoga sessions, internal competitions, virtual coffee sessions, nutritionist workshops, special counseling, etc., are some of the initiatives that the company has promoted internally for its employees. The company has also tied up with doctors and hospitals across the country and deployed a hotline for employees and their families for COVID- 19 assistance. As a safety measure, employees have been provided with COVID-19 kits and standby access to oxygen concentrators.
