Minister for Home review on Home Department Budget - Telangana

Hon’ble Minister for Home Mohammed Mahmood Ali chaired the meeting of all Head of Departments in Home Department to have an overview of Budget for the year 2019-20 to assess the requirements and expenditure finalize budget estimations on 09.08.2019. Home Minister reviewed the expenditure details, pending bills and requirements with each department one by one and with Principal Secretary to Govt., Home Department Rajiv Trivedi and DG of Police, M. Mahender Reddy. Home Minister asked the HODs to come up with budget estimations in full shape keeping in view the discussions of the meeting within a week to submit the proposals in full shape.

Home Minister while speaking to the Officer expressed that the Telangana Police Department has been progressing very well with several innovative and people-friendly schemes and got good name in the entire country. He said, keeping in view the Department’s essential services, necessary efforts will be made to allocate sufficient budget to meet the exigencies. Tejdeep Kaur Menon, DGP, SPF, Santosh Mehra, IPS., Director of TSPA, Ravi Gupta, IPS, ADG, PCS, Sandeep Shandilya, IPS., ADG Prisons, Railways, Commissioners of Police Anjani Kumar, IPS,  M.M. Bhagwat, IPS and Sajjanar, IPS and others attended the meeting.
