BP Acharya, IAS Presents a Copy of the Book, “Telangana Heritage” to Minister KTR

B P Acharya, IAS, DG, Dr. MCR HRD Institute & Spl Chief Secretary presented a copy of the book, entitled “Kakatiya Heritage”, today to KT Rama Rao, Hon’ble Minister for IT, Industries, & MAUD.

The book contains an article on “Ramappa - A Symphony in Stone”, written by P V Narasimha Rao, former Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.

Acharya presented the book to the Hon’ble Minister on the eve of the Birth Centenary Celebrations of P V Narasimha Rao commencing tomorrow.

The book on “Kakatiya Heritage”, which is based on the proceedings of the National Seminars held during the first and second Kakatiya Festivals in 1991 and 1993, respectively contains papers on “Cultural Heritage of Kakatiyas” and “Irrigation Structures and Technological Marvels during Kakatiya Period”.

The book has been published recently by Centre for Telangana Studies of Dr. MCR HRD Institute.
