Let’s follow Prime Minister’s advice and achieve Corona-free India: Pawan Kalyan

'I wholeheartedly welcome the advice of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the fight against Corona. I request not only Jana Sainiks all Telugu people must follow the suggestions given by Modi while addressing the nation on Thursday.  As Modi said let’s observe Janata curfew on March 22 (Sunday) and confine ourselves to homes from 7 am to 9 pm. As advised by the Prime Minister, despite knowing the fact that it is danger, doctors, nurses, paramedical, medical health staff, media, police, sanitation workers and everyone who are striving hard to eradicate dreaded disease Corona and let’s thank them and extend our solidarity by clapping standing in our balconies at 5 pm on Sunday.  

On this occasion, I would like to share my experience which I had witnessed in America. All the Americans came out on to the streets at once and paid homage to the victims when the terrorists exploded the twin towers on September 11, 2001. I was present at that time. I too participated in the event though it was the programme of Americans.  

I feel it as our duty to join together in social solidarity programme. I wish the entire nation has to respond to the call given by Modi. I too take part in the programme on Sunday and appear before you through Facebook live. Let’s establish our strong commitment in the fight against Corona.' Pawan Kalyan said in a Statement.
