Devara Thank-You Meet Postponed Again Due to Unavoidable Reasons

The film Devara, featuring the combination of Jr. NTR and Koratala Siva, was released with high expectations. Although the initial response to the film was somewhat mixed, it has been performing strongly at the box office. The film's opening collections have exceeded expectations. 

Fans were especially impressed by Jr. NTR’s performance in dual roles as Devara and Vara. The Dussehra holidays have also provided a significant advantage to the film’s success. Additionally, the fact that no major films are releasing in the coming week further benefits Devara.

Before the release, a pre-release event for Devara was scheduled to take place with all preparations in place. However, at the last minute, the event, which was set to happen at the Novotel Hotel in Hyderabad, was canceled. 

The reason for this was an overwhelming crowd of fans exceeding the venue's capacity, which led to a stampede-like situation and tensions flared up at the location
Consequently, the organizers were forced to cancel the event. This left many Jr. NTR fans, who had traveled from both the Telugu states and other parts of India, disappointed.
In light of this, the filmmakers planned to organize a grand event after the film’s release instead. 

Given the positive reception and strong collections after release, it was reported that the producers planned a Devara "Thank You" meet at a ground near Namburu in Guntur on October 3. However, due to some unavoidable reasons, the thank-you event has now also been postponed. The main reason for this postponement appears to be the lack of police permission. Nevertheless, the producers are making efforts to hold the event within this week, and further details are expected to be revealed soon.
