Amaravati: The police inspected the convoy of Telugu Desam Party's youth leader, Nara Lokesh. Following the enforcement of the election code, police conducted checks near the Undavalli embankment as Lokesh was en route to an interaction program with the residents of an apartment in Tadepalli.

All the cars in Lokesh's convoy were inspected. The police informed Lokesh that the checks were a result of the election code being in effect, and Lokesh cooperated with the inspection. After a thorough examination, the police found no suspicious or objectionable items in the vehicles that could potentially influence voters and allowed the convoy to proceed.

For the past four days, Lokesh has been conducting a 'Breakfast with Lokesh' event every morning with the residents of a Tadepalli apartment. The program is held at a different apartment each day, during which he listens to the residents' issues. He has promised that the TDP will address these issues promptly upon coming to power.
