Jagan Suspends MLC Duvvada Srinivas

YSRCP president Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has taken a stern decision against MLC Duvvada Srinivas, suspending him from the party. The YSRCP issued an official statement confirming the suspension. According to the statement, complaints were received that Duvvada Srinivas had violated party discipline. Following recommendations from the party’s disciplinary committee, Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy ordered his suspension from the party.

Duvvada Srinivas has been embroiled in controversies since last year. He gained attention for his association with Divvela Madhuri, remarks made against Pawan Kalyan, and most recently for allegedly threatening an assistant engineer from the electricity department over the phone.

In a related development, Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy appointed former minister Gudivada Amarnath as the YSRCP president for Anakapalli district. Additionally, K. K. Raju was appointed as the YSRCP president for Visakhapatnam district. These appointments were also announced via a press release issued from the party’s central office.
