Relief from Heatwave: Andhra Pradesh Braces for Three-Day Rain Spell

The Meteorological Department has brought relief to the people of Andhra Pradesh suffering from scorching heat, announcing rainfall over the next three days, until Monday, in several parts of the state. According to the forecast, light to moderate rains are expected, accompanied by winds blowing at speeds of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour, with a possibility of lightning.
Temperatures in several areas of the state have already crossed 40 degrees Celsius, causing residents to fear venturing outdoors. The sudden rise in temperatures has also led to a significant increase in electricity consumption. Under these circumstances, the anticipated three-day spell of rain is expected to cool down the weather, providing much-needed relief to the public.
