Andhra Pradesh Government Appoints Dr. K.P.C. Gandhi as Forensic Advisor with Cabinet Rank

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has appointed Dr. K.P.C. Gandhi, a distinguished Forensic Scientist and former Director of the Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory, as the Honorary Advisor (Forensic Sciences) to the Government of Andhra Pradesh. This appointment, effective from the date Dr. Gandhi assumes charge, is for an initial period of two years or until the necessity of the post ceases, whichever is earlier. Dr. Gandhi will hold the Cabinet Rank.

Training Programs: Strengthening training programs aimed at forensic experts, law enforcement personnel, and the judiciary to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Academic Collaboration: Collaborating with universities and research institutions to promote and enhance forensic science education and research.
Standardization of Forensic Audits: Advising on standardizing procedures for conducting forensic audits in the corporate and financial sectors.
