Sampurnesh Babu Joins Campaign Against Online Betting Platforms

Renowned Telugu actor Sampurnesh Babu has made strong remarks against online betting apps, urging people to stay away from them. In a recently released video, he expressed concern over the increasing number of youngsters becoming addicted to betting platforms, which he said was ruining their lives. He stated that history has never shown anyone benefiting from betting and urged individuals to consider their families before falling into such habits.

Sampurnesh Babu also called on the government to take strict action against those promoting betting apps.

The issue of online betting apps has been widely debated in the Telugu states in recent times. Social media promotions claiming that people can earn lakhs through these platforms have led many to financial losses. Some individuals, unable to cope with their losses, have even resorted to suicide.

Amidst this growing concern, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) Managing Director V.C. Sajjanar has launched a campaign against these betting apps, urging the youth to stay away from them. Responding to this initiative, Sampurnesh Babu released his video as part of the awareness efforts, appealing to the public to distance themselves from such platforms.
