Raja Singh’s Controversial Remarks on His Own Party Leaders

Goshamahal MLA and senior BJP leader Raja Singh stated that Hindu protection in Telangana could only be ensured if the BJP comes to power in the state. In a controversial remark, he suggested that senior leaders within the party should be retired and made to stay at home for the BJP to secure power.

Raja Singh alleged that some senior BJP leaders in Telangana have been secretly meeting with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. He claimed that certain leaders, regardless of which party comes to power, establish covert ties with key figures and the Chief Minister. He demanded that such leaders be expelled from the party.

He also urged the BJP leadership to take decisive measures if the party aims to gain power in Telangana. Raja Singh, who has been expressing dissatisfaction over recent developments within the party, has distanced himself from BJP activities for some time. He also expressed displeasure over the recent selection of BJP district presidents.
