Mega Sisters Recall Life Lessons from Their Mother Anjanadevi

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s sisters, Vijayadurga and Madhavi, reminisced about the invaluable life lessons their mother, Anjanadevi, instilled in them. They emphasized how she encouraged them to remain strong and independent, even in the face of hardships.

Vijayadurga recalled that Anjanadevi always advised them to be self-reliant and never depend on others. "She taught us that true respect comes when we fight our battles alone without expecting help from anyone," she said. She credited her mother’s teachings for giving her the strength to face all challenges in life.

Madhavi shared how her mother supported her during a difficult phase. "During a time when I felt alone, my mother stood by me and reassured me. No matter what others said or what happened, she always made me feel that she was there for me," she said.

Chiranjeevi also recalled an incident involving his daughter, Sreeja, and the role of Anjanadevi’s guidance during a difficult period in her married life. "When Sreeja went to her grandmother, she drew strength from her words. I told her that life does not end with one person, and no one has the right to control us. I encouraged her to follow her heart," he shared.
