PM Modi Condemns Critics of Maha Kumbh Mela

Prime Minister Narendra Modi strongly reacted to criticisms from the opposition regarding the Maha Kumbh Mela, stating that only those with a "slave mentality" attack Hindu religious beliefs. He accused certain leaders, allegedly backed by foreign forces, of mocking and condemning Hinduism to weaken the nation.

"These individuals attack our faith, our temples, our culture, and our principles," Modi stated. He alleged that some foreign-backed political figures were attempting to create divisions among people, facilitating external forces that aim to destabilize India.

Modi emphasized that the grand scale of the Maha Kumbh Mela naturally inspires awe and admiration. He described it as a symbol of unity that will serve as an inspiration for future generations.

The Prime Minister made these remarks while laying the foundation stone for the Bhageshwar Dham Medical and Science Research Institute in Madhya Pradesh.
