The upcoming Graduate MLC elections in Andhra Pradesh will be held for the East Godavari-West Godavari and the united Krishna-Guntur districts. Polling is scheduled for February 27, and the vote counting will take place on March 3.
In this context, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu conducted a teleconference with leaders from East Godavari, West Godavari, and the united Krishna-Guntur districts. Ministers, MPs, MLAs, and alliance leaders also participated in the meeting.
During the teleconference, Chandrababu Naidu expressed his desire for a resounding victory for the alliance candidates in the MLC elections. He directed leaders to work collectively to ensure their success, emphasizing that every election is a test and that the party must strive for victory in all polls.
He urged leaders to coordinate at the grassroots level and raise awareness among voters. Naidu noted that in the last general elections, the alliance secured a 93% strike rate, attributing it to the people's trust. He stated that the government is continuously working to uphold this confidence by improving governance and implementing systemic reforms.
Chandrababu Naidu also reiterated the government's commitment to fulfilling promises, particularly regarding employment opportunities for the youth. He announced that a DSC (District Selection Committee) notification would be issued soon for teacher recruitment.
