IPL 2025 Schedule Released: League to Begin on March 22

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially released the schedule for the 2025 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The tournament will take place from March 22 to May 25, promising an exciting summer of cricket action.

The opening match of IPL 2025 will feature Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) facing off against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

The IPL will commence shortly after the ICC Champions Trophy, which is scheduled to be held from February 19. Following the conclusion of that global tournament, the franchise-based league will kick off in India.

As per the schedule, the league stage of IPL 2025 will conclude on May 18. The playoffs will unfold as follows:

Qualifier 1: May 20

Eliminator: May 21

Qualifier 2: May 23

Final: May 25
