Telangana Government to Support Real Estate Sector, Assures Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka stated that the state's real estate sector is performing as expected when compared to other states. He assured real estate businesses that the government would provide necessary support. He made these remarks while inaugurating the "Green Telangana Summit," organized by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) at Novotel in Hyderabad.
Speaking on the occasion, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka mentioned that ₹10,000 crore has been allocated to improve Hyderabad's infrastructure. He also noted that beautification efforts for the Musi River are underway. Despite a decline in state revenue, the government introduced the Electric Vehicle (EV) policy with public health in mind. To encourage the use of electric vehicles, various exemptions have been granted.
The Deputy Chief Minister emphasized that the government has taken several key decisions to protect the environment. He stated that all policy decisions would be made with the state’s development and the welfare of all sections of society in mind. He also revealed that the government aims to develop Future City as a Net Zero City, making it a model for the world.
Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka further stated that the Congress government is committed to its vision, which is why it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IGBC for the development of Future City.
