CAT Circuit Bench to be Established in Vijayawada

The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) has made a key decision to establish a circuit bench in Vijayawada. On Friday, CAT Chairman issued an official statement announcing this development.


The circuit bench, which will function under the Hyderabad bench, will be set up in Vijayawada. It is scheduled to be inaugurated virtually on February 17 at 11:00 AM.


All India Service officers frequently approach the tribunal for matters related to government transfers and other administrative issues. Until now, officials had to travel to Hyderabad for hearings at the Central Administrative Tribunal bench. With the establishment of a circuit bench in Vijayawada, employees have expressed their appreciation for the decision.
