Pawan Kalyan Visits Tirupparankunram Murugan and Madurai Meenakshi Temples – See Photos!

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, as part of his tour of South Indian temples, visited the sacred Shat Shanmukha pilgrimage sites. This evening, he visited the Sri Murugan Swamy temple at Tirupparankunram near Madurai. Temple authorities gave him a traditional welcome and facilitated his darshan of the deity. Pawan Kalyan performed special prayers at the temple, while the temple priests explained the significance of the deity and the site.
During the visit, Pawan Kalyan offered prayers to Sri Subramanya Swamy, accompanied by Sri Valli and Sri Devasena. He also visited the Shiva and Vaishnava shrines within the temple premises, offering prayers and seeking divine blessings. Additionally, he visited the temple’s Veda Patashala, where young students welcomed him with Vedic chants. The temple priests later honored him in a traditional ceremony.
Following his visit to Tirupparankunram, Pawan Kalyan proceeded to the Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. As part of his offerings, he presented traditional items such as sarees, flowers, and fruits to the goddess. The temple Ritwiks conducted special rituals for him, during which he participated in the recitation of Parashakti Parayanam within the temple premises.
Later, he visited the Sri Soma Sundareswarar temple, where he presented silk garments and performed special prayers. Pawan Kalyan was accompanied by his son Akira Nandan and close associate, TTD Board member Anand Sai, during the visit.
