Jagan Will Go to Any Extent… Be Careful: Chandrababu

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has alleged that irregularities in the supply of adulterated ghee used in the preparation of Tirumala laddus were exposed following recent arrests by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Speaking to his ministers, he recalled that his party had earlier raised concerns about the use of adulterated ghee in the sacred prasadam, and the recent CBI arrests have now validated those claims.
Chandrababu Naidu further criticized YSRCP chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, stating that when TDP initially raised the issue, Jagan dismissed their concerns. He accused the previous YSRCP government of manipulating tender processes related to ghee procurement, alleging that tender norms were relaxed to benefit certain individuals.
During the meeting, his ministers also echoed these allegations, stating that even after the exposure of these irregularities, Jagan Mohan Reddy was attempting to mislead the public by denying any wrongdoing. They expressed concern that Jagan might go to any extent to prove his claims and warned party members to remain vigilant.
Additionally, they accused Jagan of trying to shift blame onto the TDP for past incidents, including the murder of his uncle Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy, the knife attack on himself at the airport, and the alleged stone-pelting incident. Chandrababu Naidu and his ministers stressed the need to stay alert to what they described as Jagan’s deceptive tactics.
