Bird Flu Outbreak in East Godavari: Officials Urge Caution

Authorities in East Godavari district have become alert following the large-scale death of chickens in the region. Officials have confirmed that the cause of death is bird flu. As a precautionary measure, they have advised the public to refrain from consuming chicken for a few days and to reduce poultry consumption.

In response to the situation, officials collected samples from poultry farms in multiple villages. Tests confirmed that samples from a poultry farm in Kanuru village tested positive for bird flu.
